Weeks 1-2: Use our informational guide to educate yourself and your staff about the opportunity to raise funds as the selected non-profit in the Big Y Community Bag Program.
Weeks 3-4: Spread the word! Use our email templates, social media posts and press release draft to blast the news out to your community.
Weeks 4-8: Bags Sold = Donations Raised! It's GO time! Send your supporters to the store to purchase the bag and start raising funds for your organization!
+6 Weeks: Approximately 6 weeks after the conclusion of your month in the program you will receive a check in the mail for the funds you have raised.
